Adam P. Stapen concentrates his practice primarily in hospitality law, real estate and commercial litigation. He represents restaurants, bars, night clubs, hotels, golf courses, convenience stores and retail liquor stores in securing and protecting their liquor licenses, and in the purchase and sale of their businesses. Mr. Stapen is a member of the Academy of Hospitality Industry Attorneys.
Mr. Stapen's litigation practice is quite diverse, and he has trial experience in federal and state courts, and in arbitrations under the auspices of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (f/k/a NASD) and American Arbitration Association. He has assisted public and private companies in preparation of offering materials, mergers and acquisitions, registration statements, and other federal and state regulatory filings. Mr. Stapen frequently counsels his clients in all facets of real estate and corporate issues. |
