In addition, Mr. Stoner represents entities in matters of corporate formation, corporate governance, and business transactions.
While practicing as an in-house attorney with two NYSE-listed companies, Mr. Stoner provided advice to business leaders on a variety of matters, including securities filings, business acquisitions and dispositions, real estate leasing and complex commercial agreements. |
