In securities matters, Mr. Smurthwaite assists clients with conducting public and private offerings and general securities law compliance issues. He represents clients in the preparation of offering materials, registration statements, and other federal and state regulatory filings. He devotes a significant portion of his practice to securities law compliance by preparing information statements, ownership reports, annual and quarterly reports, and other current reports for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of his clients. |
