Mr. Morton’s corporate practice includes entity selection and formation, stock and asset transfers, contract review and drafting and other general business matters. Mr. Morton has represented individuals and corporate entities in complex civil litigation matters in state and federal court. His bankruptcy practice focuses on representing individuals and corporate entities in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters. Mr. Morton assists families in wealth transfer and succession strategies by preparing wills, trusts and other related documents. |
