As a partner with a general transactional practice at Baker & Hostetler, LLP, she represented clients in varied industries from technology to healthcare to mining. She has invaluable practical business knowledge working directly as an in-house attorney and indirectly as outside general counsel for various companies. She has also created and implemented compliance and training programs for clients. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Chu Fong worked on Wall Street in the compliance arena for the securities industry.
