Ms. Matsukage concentrates her practice in the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She represents private and public companies in all stages of business development in a wide range of industries.
A significant portion of her practice is devoted to corporate and securities law compliance, particularly the preparation and filing of periodic reports and proxy materials with the Securities and Exchange Commission. She advises public company clients about public dissemination of information, insider trading, and resale of unregistered securities. She also assists with the listing of securities on stock exchanges.
