Mr. McCormack concentrates his practice in the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital/investments, general corporate matters and gaming licensing. He represents private and public companies in a wide range of industries in all stages of their operations. These include entity choice and formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, securities laws compliance, and general corporate governance.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. McCormack was Director of Compliance and Industry Affairs for Black Hawk Gaming & Development Company, Inc. and President of the Colorado Gaming Association. |
